Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the online/digitally concluded agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the agreement.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal written statement (preferably by email) before the withdrawal period expires. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose .

The completed and signed withdrawal form (or another clearly formulated statement) can be sent by email to  planning@zokinderopvang.nl .

As soon as we have received your message regarding the revocation of the concluded agreement, we will send a confirmation of receipt by email.

Payment is due for services already provided during the withdrawal period. After you have informed us of the withdrawal of the agreement, we will prepare a final settlement based on the services provided and received.
