Flexible childcare practitioner
daycare 18 - 36 hours

The role:
- Responsible for the daily care of children between 0-4 years old
- Coming up with exciting themes and activities and developing new ideas
- Creating a safe and trusted environment in which the children feel free and can develop
- Guiding children both individually and in (small) groups during our activities
- Keeping rooms and materials clean to ensure a safe environment
- Inform parents about the development of their child
Qualifications and competences:
- You have a qualified diploma to work in (Dutch) childcare. In case you have a diploma from an EEA member state, you need to apply for recognition of your foreign professional qualification here. In case of a Dutch diploma, please check the qualification here
- Excellent command of English, both verbally and written
- Dutch is a bonus
- You enjoy working at a professional childcare organization
- Excellent communication skills
- You are motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about our profession
- You show initiative
- If you have an additional talent and, for example, enjoy making music, cooking or giving dance lessons, that will be a bonus for us
We offer:

- An employment agreement for 18-36 hours a week, whereby you can be deployed at all groups
- In this role you are hired as a substitute and given a temporary contract. Please know that there is always a possibility to discuss a permanent contract

- When you bring your child to our childcare, you get a 10% staff discount on the contract

- A cooperation with lease a bike, so you can lease and/or buy a bike via Big Ben Kids (with a permanent contract)
- Salary and benefits are in line with the Dutch collective labour agreement (CAO Kinderopvang) for the childcare sector, scale 6
