Information on right of withdrawal (revocation period)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract that has been concluded online/digitally within a period of 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

o benefit from the right of withdrawal, you shall inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement in writing (preferably by e-mail) before the expiry of the withdrawal period. For this purpose, you may use the template revocation form.

The completed and signed withdrawal form (or any other clearly worded statement) can be sent by e-mail to admin@bigbenkids.com.

As soon as we have received your notice of withdrawal from the contract, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.

Payment is due for services already provided during the withdrawal period. After you have informed us of your revocation, we will prepare a final invoice on the basis of the services provided and purchased.
